BEMIDJI, Minn. – For the second time in his career, Bemidji State Men's Hockey junior
Mitch Wolfe was selected as the Central Collegiate Hockey Association Defenseman of the Week announced by the league Monday afternoon.

Wolfe tied for the league's lead among all blueliners with two points last weekend, scoring a goal and assisting on another. He was a +1 on the weekend as the Beavers collected two points against Michigan Tech. Overall, he had eight shots on goal and blocked four defensively. On Friday, he scored a go-ahead goal in the third period, before Bemidji State won in a shootout. He then assisted on the Beavers' third goal in a 9-5 defeat on Saturday night.Â

He was joined by Michigan Tech's Stiven Sardarian (Forward) and Logan Morrell (Rookie) and Minnesota State's Alex Tracy (Goaltender) as weekly award winners.
