Warriors sweep doubleheader with Beavers Saturday

BSU Softball falls 7-1 and 10-4 at Winona State

WINONA, Minn. – The Bemidji State University Softball team fell in both games of its doubleheader at Winona State University Saturday afternoon in a pair of Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference. The Warriors claimed a 7-1 victory in game one and then a 10-4 victory in game two.
 
Sophomore Aubrey Aukerman drove in the Beavers lone run in game one with a fielder's choice while Mariah Stevenson hit an RBI double in game two followed by a two RBI single from Elle Hastings and an RBI single by Jackie Larsen.
 
The Beavers now return home to host St. Cloud State University Wednesday, April 10.
