ST. CLOUD, Minn. – The Bemidji State University Baseball team's 2024 season ended Saturday afternoon as St. Cloud State University completed the three-game Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference series sweep of the Beavers in St. Cloud, Minn.
St. Cloud State began the series with doubleheader wins of 6-3 and 12-2 Friday and then earned a 14-5 victory in the series finale Saturday. The Beavers end the 2024 season with a 3-47 record and went 2-38 in conference play.

Dylan Hedley led the Beavers collecting four hits in 10 at bats while senior
Jack Munson and sophomore
Jonathan Gates each led the team with three RBI.
Freshman
Carter Scanlon had the best performance on the mound for the Beavers and pitched five innings in relief and allowed just three runs off three hits and held SCSU to a .188 batting average. Junior
Brandon Lind pitched 4.2 innings and allowed four runs (three earned) off five hits and struck out a career-high nine batters on Saturday.
