BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Bemidji State University Women's Soccer team makes its first road trip of the 2024 season and travels to the campus of Upper Iowa University in Fayette, Iowa for a pair of non-conference matches against Quincy University and Upper Iowa, Friday-Sunday.

The Beavers begin the weekend against Quincy Friday, Sept. 13 at 5:00 p.m. BSU then faces former Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Upper Iowa Sunday at Noon. A live stream and stats for each match can be found,

The Beavers are looking to bounce back from a pair of home losses this past weekend at Chet Anderson Stadium after falling to Missouri Western State University and Drury University in a pair of 1-0 matches.

The Hawks also enter the weekend's action 0-2 to start the season while the Peacocks tied their home opener against Winona State University last Sunday, 2-2 and sit 0-0-1 ahead of the weekend.

Sonia Alfieri made 10 saves in her first two collegiate matches for the Beavers and has posted a 1.00 goals against average and .833 save percentage.

Friday's matchup will be the first-ever meeting between the Beavers and Hawks while Sunday's match against UIU will be the 20
th with BSU owning a 14-5-0 all-time record against the Peacocks.
