BEMIDJI, Minn. — Bemidji State University Women's Soccer senior forward Katrina Barthelt was named the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season announced Monday afternoon.
 
Barthelt totaled seven points after scoring three goals and an assist as the Beavers swept the weekend with victories over University of Minnesota Crookston and Minnesota State University, Moorhead.
 
The Bartlett, Ill., native began the weekend scoring the second goal in Friday's 2-0 win over Minnesota Crookston at Chet Anderson Stadium. She then tied a career-high for the fourth time and the second time this season with five points (2g-1a) in Sunday's 8-0 win at MSUM. She also finished the weekend with eight shots, seven of which were on target.
 
Barthelt is currently tied for seventh in Division II and second in the NSIC for goals this season (10) and tied for 11^th in points (24).
 
The Beavers are currently riding a six-match unbeaten streak (4-0-2) and will next host Concordia University-St. Paul and Winona State University this weekend at Chet Anderson Stadium.
