BEMIDJI, Minn. – Bemidji State University Men's Hockey freshman
Max Hildebrand earned his first collegiate Central Collegiate Hockey Association award Monday after he was named the CCHA Rookie of the Week for October 27.

Hildebrand, a freshman from Martensville, Saskatchewan, helped the Beavers earn five-of-six points against (RV) Augustana University at Sanford Center by stopping 25-of-27 shots in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Vikings. In 59:58 minutes of work, he posted a .926 save percentage and 2.00 goals against average.

He was joined by Michigan Tech's Stiven Sardarian (Forward), Owen Bartoszkiewicz (Goaltender) and Minnnesota State's Evan Murr (Defenseman) as CCHA Players of the Week.
