KENOSHA, Wis. — Bemidji State University volleyball travels to Kenosha, Wis. for the three-day, four-match Hampton Inn Invitational hosted by the University of Wisconsin Parkside Thursday to Saturday.
The Beavers start with a match against Roosevelt University Thursday evening at 5 p.m. This will be the first time in history the two teams have met with BSU entering at 0-4 and RU at 1-3. Friday has a full schedule for the Beavers starting the day at 9 a.m. with Missouri University of Science and Technology followed by McKendree University at 2 p.m. They'll complete the weekend Saturday afternoon with the host UW-Parkside at 1:30 p.m.
Last weekend, BSU competed in the Eckerd Classic in St. Petersburg, Fla. and fought through 17 sets across four matches with two going to a full five sets. Though the Beavers lost all four, the team put up strong numbers with sophomore pin

Next week, Bemidji State hosts the first Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference games of the season with Southwest Minnesota State University Friday at 6 p.m. and University of Sioux Falls Saturday at 4 p.m. All NSIC games are available on the NSIC Network.
