BEMIDJI, Minn. – Three current and former members of the Bemidji State University Women's Hockey program were recently announced to the staff roster for the 2026 U.S. Women's National Festival at the Olympic Center in Lake Placid, N.Y. Head coach
Amber Fryklund, equipment manager
Connor Laschinger and former goaltender and Director of Hockey Operations
Mackenzie Bruch were each named to the staff roster by USA Hockey Monday afternoon.
Fryklund will serve as a U18 Camp Coach during the festival which takes place August 2-9. Laschinger will serve as an Equipment Manager for the U18 team while Bruch also serves as a U18 Goaltending Coach.
The U.S. Women's National Festival brings together the top American female players from the U18 level to the collegiate level. The Festival will assist in the selection process for the U18 and Collegiate Women's Select Team rosters for the U18 and Collegiate Series against Canada that will take place August 10-16 in Canada.
All practices and scrimmages will take place at the Lake Placid Olympic Center in Lake Placid, N.Y.
