Earned a spot as the Beavers' No. 3 singles player... Posted a 7-4 to match fellow freshman Shaelyn Johnson for the team's lead in wins... Her seven wins versus NSIC competition and .636 winning percentage was good for fourth among the league's No. 3 singles players... Teamed up with Laney Rutkowski and Isabela Nelson to go 2-8 at No. 2 doubles.

Prior to Bemidji State
Billand came to Bemidji State from Jean Mermoz High School in Saint-Lois, France… An accomplished tennis player for more than 12 years, she excelled in doubles play. With her teammate Emma Vurpillot she twice won a regional championship.

She is thought to be the first native of France to play tennis for BSU.
