Competed in six meets during the indoor season... Broke the BSU record in the 500m dash with an event-winning time of 1:17.83 at the Bison Open... Earned event wins in the 600m dash with a time of 1:37.08 at the UND Open, the 600m dash with a time of 1:38.53 at the NSIC Challenge and the 400m dash with a time of 58.57 at the UND Tune-Up... Recorded three of BSU's top 10 marks all-time in the 600m dash... Part of BSU's 4x400m relay team to set the program record with a fourth-place finish of 3:57.09, earning the team five points at the 2022 NSIC Indoor Championships... Also part of a school record on a 300m track in the 4x400 with a time of 3:58:00 at the UND Open... 600m dash of 1:37.90 ranked 11th in the NSIC... 400m dash of 59.35 (converted for track size) ranked 12th in the NSIC and 46th in the NCAA Central Region... Competed in six meets during the outdoor season... Part of 4x200m relay team to set BSU record with a time of 1:43.03 at the Drake Relays... Totaled three top-six finishes, including an event win in the 400m dash with a time of 58.99 at the St. John's Invitational... Ranked 19th in the NSIC in the 400m dash.
2020-21 (Jr)
• NSIC Individual Champion (600m Run)
• BSU Female Newcomer of the Year
Became the first individual indoor title winner for BSU track and field since 2011... Won the NSIC 600m title with a BSU record time of 1:35.37... Set the BSU indoor record in the 600m run in back-to-back meets... NSIC title and BSU record-setting time ranked 43rd among all collegians (Division I, II, III, NJCAA, NAIA)... Helped the 4x400 meter relay team garner a point with an eighth-place finish at the NSIC Indoor Championships, aiding in the team’s highest finish (6th) at the conference indoor meet in over 10 years... Part of BSU's record-breaking 4x400m relay team, which finished fourth at the 2021 NSIC Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:52.60... Also part of BSU's record-breaking spring medley relay team that took second with a time of 4:08.46 April 23 at the Drake Relays.
Prior to BSU
Spent the past two seasons at Cloud County Community College under head coach Ted Schmitz... Recorded five top-10 finishes during the 2020 season... Took fifth at the 2020 NJCAA Region VI Championships with a 5K personal record of 19:19.0... Finished 15th in the 5K with a time of 19:52.8 at the 2020 NJCAA Division I Championships... Tallied two top-10 finishes as a freshman and set a 5K personal record of 20:13.3.
