Led the team with 17 penalties for 53 penalty minutes... Fourth among BSU forwards with 22 shots blocked... Was a -33 rating on the ice.

Appeared in all 34 games in the green and white... Tallied her first career goal in the season opening series at St. Thomas (Oct. 2, 2021)... Marked four goals and four assists for eight points... Took 58 shots on net for a shooting percentage of .069... Ended the season with a -15 rating and 20 penalty minutes... Named to the WCHA All-Academic Team.

2020-21 (Fr)
One of 12 Beavers to appear in all 20 games and was the lone freshman to play all games during a shortened 2020-21 season due to COVID-19... Didn't record a point but posted 11 shots on goal, was -6 on the ice, totaled eight penalty minutes and blocked five shots.

Prior to BSU
Five-time letter winner for hockey at Brainerd High School… Also lettered in soccer and track… Guided the Warriors to a 17-10-1 record in 2019-20 and appearance Section 8AA championship game where they lost to Roseau High School... Led the team with 40 points off of 21 goals and 19 assists... Selected as a Class 2A All-State forward... Earned All-Conference accolades three times… 2019 All-Tournament team… Appeared in all 31 games for the Warriors during the 2018-19 season… Totaled 39 points with 20 goals and 19 assists, including one goal and five assists during the state tournament… Earned All-conference honors for soccer twice… Was chosen as soccer team captain and most valuable player… Two-time forward of the year and Warrior Athlete of the Week for Brainerd Soccer… All-State long jumper… All-Conference and All-Section track and field honors… Set Brainerd HS track and field records in the 4x100 and 4x200.

Born on September 6, 2001… Daughter of Tom and Kris Smith… Majoring in Elementary Education while attending Bemidji State… Enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends… Sister, Allyson, is a former member of the BSU women’s soccer team… Brother, Cole, plays professional hockey for the Nashville Predators… Father Tom Smith played football at St. Cloud State University where he earned first-team All-Conference honors… Mother Kris Smith is a member of the Concordia College- Moorhead hall of fame for her three-year All-American career with Concordia Track and Field… Uncle, Sandy Smith, was drafted to the Pittsburgh Penguins in 1986 and played until 2001.
