Made his debut on February 9 against Wayne State… Made a total of 41 appearances for the season, starting in all but one… Appeared at-bat 101 times collecting 12 hits, two doubles, one home run, and 11 RBI… Held a .168 slugging percentage and a .218 on-base percentage for the season… Drew 13 walks and was hit by pitch once… On the field Filippi held a .959 fielding percentage on 246 chances with 214 putouts, 22 assists, and 10 errors as a catcher… Hit his first career home run in his fourth college game against Wayne State on February 11.

Eight time letter winner at Little Falls High School... Batted .403 with a 1.058 OPS in his senior season... Member of the 2023 Class AAA MSHSBCA All-State team and two time All-Granite Ridge team... Member of the National Honors Society.

Born on October 31, 2004... Son of Larry and Tammy Filippi... Majoring in Business Administration while attending Bemidji State... Father Larry played football at Bemidji State from 1987-90 and was NAIA All-American Honorable Mention... Uncle Mario Filippi played baseball at Louisiana State University-Monroe from 2003-04... Grandfather Louis Filippi ran track and played baseball, basketball, and football at St. Cloud State from 1938-42 and was an All-American in football and is a member of St. Cloud State's Athletic Hall of Fame... Highschool teammates with BSU teammate Beau Thoma and Cousin of BSU teammate Matt Filippi.
