Appeared in 15 games and made 10 starts during her senior season with the Bemidji State softball team... Batted .222 on the season with six hits in 27 at bats... Finished with a .333 slugging percentage and .323 on-base percentage... Scored one run during the season and batted in three runs... Hit three doubles and drew four walks.

2022 (Jr)
• Spring NSIC All-Academic Team (Team of Excellence)
Appeared in 35 games and made 30 starts during her junior season with the Bemidji State softball team... Batted .208 on the season with 20 hits in 96 at bats... Finished with a .260 slugging percentage and .255 on-base percentage... Scored seven runs during the season and batted in seven runs... Hit five doubles and drew six walks... Posted a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage in the infield with 12 putouts and three assists. 

2021 (RS-So)
• Spring NSIC All-Academic Team (Team of Excellence)
Appeared in 22 games and made 15 starts for the Beavers during the 2021 season... Posted a .225 batting average after collecting nine hits and 40 at bats... Posted a .275 slugging percentage and .319 on-base percentage... Hit two doubles, drove in four runs and scored four runs... Drew five walks and had one sacrifice fly... Posted a .930 fielding percentage with 36 putouts and four assists in the infield.

Prior to BSU
Attended Dawson Community College... In one shortened season with Dawson CC, the transfer infielder made appearances in five games, recorded a batting average of 273, and totaled three hits, all doubles, to go with a pair of walks and three RBI… In addition, she posted 16 putouts and a .944 fielding percentage to rank third on the team… As a prep, Smith recorded the game-winning run to lead her team to gold at the provincials…. She was her high school Valedictorian, won the senor proficiency award and was a regular on the honor roll with distinction… At Dawson Community College she was named to the Dean’s High Honor List.

Personal
The daughter of Jim and Jane Smith, Jennifer was born April, 12, 2000… Majoring in Business Management and HR Management with international studies and Mass Communications minors at Bemidji State.
