Redshirted freshman season at the University of South Dakota before transferring to Wayne State College in 2019... Appeared in seven games with six starts at quarterback for WSC in 2019... Completed 100-of-191 passes for 1,333 yards with 10 touchdowns and 11 interceptions... Rushed for 172 yards on 53 carries... Totaled 382 yards of total offense in 19-13 overtime win over Southwest Minnesota State University (9/14/19), throwing for 287 yards (21-38) with two touchdowns while rushing for a season-high 95 yards on 17 attempts... Completed 21-of-37 passes for 284 yards and two touchdowns at Winona State University (9/7/19)... Earned MVFC honor roll laurels during redshirt freshman season at USD.

A letter winner in football at Gregory High School under head coach Brian Allmendinger... Two-time South Dakota All-State quarterback led GHS to 41-4 record with three state championships... Compiled 6,228 yards with 89 touchdowns and ran for 2,407 yards with 42 scores... Set 13 school records including 131 total touchdowns and 8,721 all-purpose yards... Two-time Joe Robbie Award winner... Two-time MidcoSN 9AA Player of the Year... Also a letter winner in track & field and wrestling.
