Prior to BSU: Three-sport athlete at Superior High School… A three-time all-conference linebacker for the Spartans… As a senior piled up 81 tackles to sit second on the team… Of the 81 tackles, five went for loss and 1.5 were recorded as a sack… Returned his lone interception for a touchdown and added a forced fumble and blocked kick… Recorded 10 or more tackles on four occasions as a senior, which included a season-high 12 tackles in a 28-8 win against Chippewa Falls (Oct. 12)… Named all-area once in his career… Teammate of fellow signee Spencer Urban.   Â
