2018 (Jr.): 2018 NSIC North Division All-Conference Honorable Mention... Saw time in all 11 games for Bemidji State... Totalled 69 tackles with 29 solo and 40 assisted... Had 9 tackles for loss with 3.5 sacks... Broke up one pass.

2017 (So.): Did not participate in any BSU events.

2016 (R-Fr.): Played in all 12 games totaling 22 tackles on the season including 14 solo tackles... Recorded 2 sacks on the year for a loss of 7 yards... Broke up 2 passes, last at U-Mary (Oct. 01)... Set career highs in every category including 4 tackles at Sioux Falls (Sept. 24)... Played in the 2016 Mineral Water Bowl recording 1 sack for a loss of 6 yards contributing to the victory over Washburn 36-23, being the first team in program history to win a post-season game.

2015 (Fr.): Sat out as a redshirt.

Prior to BSU: A two-time All-State Player and Piedmont All-Conference recipient… 2013 North Carolina Defensive Player of the Year… In 2014, he was ranked 10th nationally in sacks to earn North Carolina sack leader… Junior and senior seasons combined, he recorded 223 tackles and 37 sacks as his team posted a 23-2 record… Member of the Eagles’ team that were two-time State Champions.

Personal: Born Sept. 7, 1995… Son of Jennifer Bushinski… Intends to major in business at BSU.
