2011 (Fr): Played in nine games as a true freshman to forgo his redshirt season... The wide receiver caught both his passes on the season at Upper Iowa (Oct. 1) for 10 yards, including a six-yard connection.

Prior to BSU: Led Joliet West High School in receiving with 35 receptions for 445 yards and six touchdowns his senior year that earned him all-conference and all-area accolades... Also a state qualifier on the Tiger track team that earned him all-area honors... Earned three letters between football and track... Was named to the academic honor roll his junior year.

Personal: Born Aug. 24, 1992 in Pittsburgh, Pa... Son of Joeseph and Ronda Knapik... Undecided in area of study.
