2016 (Sr): Played in 11 games totaling 29 tackles including 21 solo tackles... Broke up 4 passes on the season with a career single game high of 2 against Wayne State (Sept. 17)... Part of 2016 Mineral Water Bowl game where the Beavers beat Washburn 36-23, being the first team in program history to win a post-season game.

2015 (Jr): Played in 11 games recording 29 total tackles including 17 solo tackles… Forced one fumble and broke up a total of three passes… Recorded a career high five solo tackles at Minot State (Oct. 31). 

Prior to BSU: Played two seasons at Itasca Community College where he earned second-team all-conference honors…Recorded 41 tackles, two interceptions and forced one fumble for the Vikings…In high school, he was a three sport athlete, earning letters in football, basketball, and track and field…Named honorable mention in 2011.

Personal: Born June 24, 1993…Son of Ter’ra and Jecheta Watson…Intends to major in sports management and minor in business management at BSU…Was a National Honor Society member in high school.
