Bemidji State University

Justin Hale is in his first season at Bemidji State after spending a year as assistant coach and equipment manager for the United State Hockey League's Madison Capitols. Hale's main focus was the video breakdown, on-ice coaching, maintaining ordering and repairing equipment and locker room set up.

Prior to his coaching career, hale was a four-year letter-winning blueliner at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. While at UWSP, the Pointers earned NCAA Division III runner up accolades in 2014 and 2015 and piled up a total of 74 victories, which included a pair of 20-win seasons.

In addition to handling duties as the Beavers' video coordinator, Hale will serve as an assistant coach on Tom Serratore's staff with specific responsibility overseeing the goaltenders.
