Jiří Klíma brings extensive international and major junior experience to Bemidji State after representing the Czechia at multiple international events and spending three seasons in the QMJHL with the Shawinigan Cataractes... Klíma recorded 123 points (61 goals, 62 assists) in 168 career QMJHL games, including a career-best 52-point season in 2025-26, while helping Shawinigan reach the playoffs in each of his three seasons... Internationally, Klíma competed for Czechia at the IIHF U17 and U20 levels, including the 2026 IIHF World Junior Championship where he helped Czechia earn silver... He also aided Czechia to a silver medial at the Hlinka Gretzky Cup in 2023-24... He totaled 34 points across various Czech national team appearances before beginning his NCAA career.
