Started five games at center for the Beavers... BSU's offense averaged 371.8 yards per game during his first four games, including 202.3 rushing yards per game and 169.5 passing yards per game... The Beavers scored 29.8 points per game through the first four games of the season before Huwe was injured... Five individuals recorded at least 90 yards rushing in a game, including three 100-yard rushers, while Huwe was active.

Played in 11 games for the Beavers... Part of offensive line that helped BSU rank third in the NSIC with 38.2 points per game, fourth with 214.7 rushing yards per game and fifth with 393.9 total yards per game... Helped offense account for the sixth-fewest sacks in the league.

Appeared in one game at MSU Moorhead (Nov. 11)... BSU came away with a 45-14 win including 450 yards of total offense, 246 passing yards and 204 rushing yards... Helped BSU to 17-0 halftime lead over MSUM.

Won four letters in football and four letters in wrestling at Detroit Lakes High School… Started on the offensive line for an offense that accumulated 1,178 rushing yards on 187 attempts in 2015… Offense averaged 6.3 rushing yards per attempt and 147.2 rushing yards per game while scoring 11 rushing touchdowns… Named to All-Heart O’Lakes Conference Team his senior season… Wrestled in the state tournament three times, placing second in 2015 and third in 2014… Named to the wrestling academic all-state team.
