Biography
Prior to Bemidji State: At her time at Cass Lake-Bena, Mitchell was a six-time letter winner in golf. During her sophomore and senior seasons, she made it to the state tournament and was named to the First Team All-Conference twice and Second Team All-Conference once. Before competing with Bemidji State this fall, Mitchell was selected to compete in the Indigenous Game Summer that took place this July. Academically, the Cass Lake native was a part of the A&B honor roll, Dean's List, National Honor Society and graduated with honors.
Mitchell will be the third in her family to play golf collegiately, her brothers, Dakotah Brunelle who played at St. Cloud State University and Coltin Mitchell who played at the University of Wisconsin Superior. Â Â
