Held down the No. 3 singles position for BSU during the COVID-19-shortened 2020 season... Recorded a 7-5 singles mark overall and was 4-4 versus NSIC competition to rank third among the league's top No. 3 singles players... BSU was 6-1 when Mimmack scored a singles victory... Teamed up with Hannah Alme, Hannah Peterson or Laney Rutkowski for a 7-6 mark in doubles play... Was 1-1 when pairing with Alme in the Beavers' top doubles spot.

2019 (Jr)
• NSIC All-Academic Team
Mimmack finished with a 9-6 record for the Beavers, 4-5 overall in NSIC competition and leading the beavers in the No. 4 singles position with a record of 5-6 and a winning percentage of .455. Mimmack, and her partner Breann Walsh, finished seventh in the NSIC No. 2 doubles position with a 6-6 record and .500 winning percentage. That same record places Mimmack and Walsh eleventh in the NSIC all doubles category.   

2018 (So)
• NSIC All-Conference All Doubles Team
Was 10-3 in singles play with an 8-2 mark versus NSIC competition... Playing the bulk of her matches in the No. 4 spot, piled up a 6-3 record, was 3-0 in the No. 3 position and won her lone No. 2 singles match... Paired with Hannah Alme to form the Beavers' winningest doubles team, collecting an 8-7 record, including a 6-5 mark versus NSIC competition... The pair was 6-6 in BSU's No. 2 doubles position and 2-1 playing as the Beavers' No. 1 doubles team.

2017 (Fr)
Led the Beavers in singles play going 15-2 overall and was 9-1 in NSIC play... Was second among all NSIC players with a .882 winning percentage and her 15 victories ranked as a league high... Was also 1-2 at No. 3 doubles.
