Recorded a record of 1-and-7 in singles play, playing in the No. 6 singles spot. Won her first match of the season against Wisconsin River Falls. Competed in the No. 3 spot of doubles this season going 7-10. Went paired with Lily Jones the dou went 4-4 winning their first two matches, then was competed with Laura Burger going 3-5, also winning their first match.

2022 (Fr)
A doubles player for the Beavers, Leitner earned a 5-5 record with Bela Nelson and went 1-0 with Taylor Offerdahl... Leitner and Nelson marked two long matches during their .500 season... The duo shutout opponents in three sets... With Offerdahl, Leitner earned a shutout a win over their Bethany Lutheran College opponents. 

High School
Leitner makes the move across town from Bemidji High School to Bemidji State in 2021… As a member of the Lumberjacks’ girl’s tennis team and playing for head coaches Mark Fodness and Kyle Fodness, she was a four-time letter winner… She compiled 49 wins as a prep player and went 12-2 as a senior captain for the Jacks… Helped lead BHS to a team section title as a senior earned all-conference honors three times… Also played hockey for the Jacks, earning six letters and captaining the team in 2020-21.

She plans to major in marketing while at BSU.
