Set personal bests at the 2023 NSIC Indoor Championship in the 600-meter with a time of 1:38.86 to finish ninth and at the SDSU Indoor Classic in the 800-meter with a time of 2:20.98... Ran in the 4x400 relay and finished first at the Lake Superior Challenge with a time of 4:02.40 and the distance medley relay with the best time and placement at the SDSU Indoor Classic finishing in fourth with a time of 12:03.88... Recorded six top-10 finishes including two first-place finishes in the 600-meter... Competed in nine meets during the outdoor season... Set two personal records at the NDSU Tune Up in the 100-meter (12.97) and 200-meter (26.04) on May 5... Ran in the 4x100 relay totaling one first-place finish and one second place finish... Tallied five top-five finishes with her best result coming at the Holst Invitational finishing second in the 400-meter with a time of 1:00.60.

Competed in five meets during the indoor season... Part of BSU's 4x400m relay team to set the program record with a fourth-place finish of 3:57.09, earning the team five points at the 2022 NSIC Indoor Championships... Part of distance medley relay that set BSU's fourth and fifth-fastest times in program history... Recorded fifth-place finishes in the 800m run with a time of 2:24.46 at the NSIC Challenge and the 400m dash with a time of 1:01.04 at the UND Tune-Up, setting personal records in both events... Competed in six meets during the outdoor season... Set a personal record in the 800m run with a time of 2:22.61 at the Deb Schulz Open... Totaled four top-10 finishes.

2020-21 (Fr)
Competed in four indoor meets and five outdoor meets... Part of distance medley relay team that earned points at the NSIC Indoor Championships with BSU's third-fastest time ever of 12:40.73... Recorded three top-four finishes through the indoor season... Totaled two top-10 finishes in the 400m dash outdoors... Set an outdoor personal record in the 400m dash with a time of 1:02.08 May 7 at the Maverick Classic.

Letter winner in track & field and cross country at Pelican Rapids High School... Set personal records with a second-place time of 1:01.44 in the 400-meter dash and a fourth-place time of 5:38.64 in the 1,600m run at the Heart of Lakes Conference Championship... Holds a personal record of 2:22.76 in the 800m run... Part of PRHS's 4x400m relay Minnesota state championship team as a junior... Helped Pelican Rapids 4x400m relay team to fourth place finishes during 8th grade and sophomore seasons... Qualified for MSHSL Track & Field Championships in the 800m as a sophomore... Earned Heart of Lakes All-Conference honors in the 4x400m relay during 8th grade, freshman, sophomore, and junior seasons, all-conference in the 4x800m relay during freshman and sophomore seasons, all-conference in the 400m run during 8th grade and freshman seasons, and a conference championship in the 800m run as a sophomore... Holds PRHS school record in the cross country 5,000m and is part of the school's record 4x400m and 4x800m relay teams... Helped PRHS to Section 6A Championships as a sophomore and junior... Also a letter winner in basketball... Helped PRHS basketball to a section championship along with all-conference honorable mention honors.
