Competed in the shot put, discus and weight throw through five indoor meets and and the javelin, hammer throw and discus through six outdoor meets... Set indoor career-records in the weight throw with a mark of 13.64m (44-09) on February 10-11 at the SDSU Indoor Classic and 9.40m in the shot put at the Twin Ports Invite... Set outdoor personal records in the hammer throw by more than a meter (41.57m/136-05.00) at the 2023 NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championship, discus at 30.84m at the SMU Cardinal Invitational and javelin (23.79m/78-01.00) at the 36th Annual Ron Masanz Track and Field Classic... Totaled two top-10 finishes throughout the season.

Set an indoor personal record in the weight throw with a fifth-place finish mark of 13.24m (43-05.25) January 23 at the Craig Hougen Triangular... Set outdoor personal records in the hammer throw (40.40m/132-06.00) and javelin (23.76m/77-11.00) May 1 at the Ron Masanz Classic... Totaled six top-10 finishes outdoors.

Competed in the weight throw, 400m dash and 600m run during the indoor season... Took a third-place finish in the 600m run with a personal record time of 2:26.77 on January 18, 2020 at the Twin Ports Invite... Set personal records in the weight throw (41-08.75) at the Twin Ports Invite and the 400m dash (1:26.33) on January 25, 2020 at the Beaver Invite.
