Goodwin set the new program indoor record in the mile and then continued to break in on several occasions throughout the season...Currently holds the program record time of 5:05.74 from the UND Tune-Up...Part of the distance medley relay team that also broke the school record of couple of times...Recently broke the new current record at the NSIC Championships with a time of 12:01.65...Added a new personal-best indoor time in the 3k at the NSIC Championships with a time of 10:03.30 to place fourth... Competed in six outdoor meets... Set a new program record in the 3000m steeplechase at the Drake Relays with a time of 10:55.62 on 4/26-29...Set new personal bests in the 1500-meter (4:40.67) and 5000-meter (19:08.81)... Tallied four top-five finishes including a first place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the St. Thomas Tomcat Invitational. 

2021-22 (So)

Competed in five meets during the indoor season... Recorded two third-place finishes, one in the mile with a time of 5:20.30 and the other in the 3000m run with a time of 11:03.46, both setting personal records... Set two BSU top-10 records in the mile (200m track) and the third-fastest mile time (300m track)... Recorded BSU's fifth and sixth-fastest times in the 3000m run... Part of distance medley relay that set BSU's fourth and fifth-fastest times in program history... Totaled eight top-10 and four top-five finishes... Competed in five meets during the outdoor season... Broke her own BSU record in the 3000m steeplechase on three occassions... Earned one point at the 2022 NSIC Outdoor Championships with an eighth-place and BSU record time of 11:29.76 in the 3000m steeplechase... Ran BSU's eighth-fastest time in the 5000m run with a time of 19:24.61 at the River City Rumble... Ranked ninth in the NSIC in the 3000m steeplechase and 17th in the NCAA Central Region.

2020-21 (Fr)
Competed in four indoor meets and seven outdoor meets... Recorded top five finishes in the 800m run twice and the mile, including indoor personal records of 2:29.94 in the 800m run and 5:44.04 in the mile... Broke the BSU outdoor record in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 11:44.82 at the 2021 NSIC Outdoor Championships... Holds three of BSU's top 10 marks all-time in the 3000m steeplechase... Set an outdoor personal record of 5:13.37 in the 1500m run April 17 at the Holst Invitational... Totaled four top-two finishes in the 3000m steeplechase.

High School
Letter winner in track & field and cross country at Eagle River High School... Set personal record of 2:37.20 in the 800-meter run as a junior... Part of ERHS's 4x800m relay district championship team... Served as captain of the cross country team as a senior and of the track & field team as a sophomore and junior... State qualifier in cross country as a sophomore and senior and in track & field as a freshman and junior... Also a letter winner in nordic skiing.
