Competed in ten meets for the Beavers including six indoor meets... Recorded a 6th place at UND Open with a time of 5:47.32 for a mile... Finished at Lake superior Challenge second in the 1000-meter with a time of 3:28.51 and second at 4x400-meter with a time of 4:34.95... At SDSU Indoor Classic ran a personal best for the mile with a time of 5:38.93... Continued this good roll at the BSU Twilight and ran another personal best  in 3000-meter with a time of 11:32.85 placing 1st... Ran the 1500-meter with a time of 11:32.85 at Norse Invite... NDSU Tune-Up placed second at the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 12:39.45...

2022-23 (Fr)
Competed in six meets during the indoor season... Set a personal records in the mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic with a time of 5:40.59 and 1000-meter at the UND Open with a time of 3:27.80... Ran in the 4x400 relay twice finishing in fourth at the CSS Opener and fifth at the Lake Superior Challenge... Recorded four top-10 finishes with a fourth place in the mile at the CSS Opener with a time of 5:47.29... Competed in six meets in the outdoor season... Finished with a time of 5:12.02 in the 1500-meter for a career best at the 36th Annual Ron Masanz Track and Field Classic and set a personal best in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 12:30.31, finishing in fifth at the NDSU Tune Up... Tallied three top-10 finishes.

A six-time letter winner in cross country and track & field at Austin High School under coaches Tony Einertson Robin Declercq... A three-time team captain... An all-conference and honorable mention selection in both cross country and track & field... Placed top 10 in both the Big 9 Conference and section meets.
