Liv Richardson joins the Beavers for her first season in collegiate coaching in 2025-26.
Prior to joining the Beavers, Richardson has spent the past year as the head coach for the 8U Nebraska Thunder team, teaching the basics of the game an implementing a strong team culture to foster athlete growth. She is also an assistant coach for the 17U national team for the Thunder, focusing on hitting and fielding.
Richardson served as the Head Reserve Softball Coach for Papillion La Vista South High School in Papillion, Neb. during the fall of 2024. Here she gave player evaluations, managed practice planning, coordinated team travel and led gameday operations.
A 2024 graduate of Northern State University, Richardson was a member of the Wolves softball program for four years. During her time at NSU, Liv marked a .339 batting average in 134 games played with 131 starts. She took 407 at bats and grabbed 60 runs off 138 hits with 29 doubles, three triples and 15 home runs with 75 RBIs. She finished her infielder career with a .902 fielding percentage after allowing just one error during her senior season.
