BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Bemidji State University women's soccer team aims to bounce back after going 0-1-1 this past weekend and travels to Augustana University and Wayne State College Friday, September 23 and Sunday.

The Beavers (3-2-2, 2-1-1 NSIC) travel to Augustana (2-3-2, 2-1-1 NSIC) in game one of the weekend, Friday, with a 4:00 p.m., kick-off. BSU will then travel to Wayne, Neb., Sunday to face Wayne State (0-5-2, 0-3-1 NSIC) at 1:00 p.m. Live stats and game streams can be found,

The Beavers look to continue a two-game winning streak against Augustana and are 8-7-4 overall against the Vikings. In their last meeting back on Oct. 1, 2021, the Beavers won 2-0 with both goals coming in the first half from
Emma Huelsnitz and
Miah Olson.

Against the Wildcats, the Beavers are riding a 10-game winning streak and won their last meeting 4-1.

The Beavers are led by fifth-year senior
Sara Wendt with seven points off three goals and one assist. Following with two goals and four points is freshman
Katrina Barthelt and with three points coming from a goal and an assist each are
Allyson Smith and
Erin Becker. Â

In goal has been senior
Alyssa Stumbaugh who has started six of the seven games for the Beavers. Stumbaugh has a save percentage of .789, allowing 1.14 goals a game and has 30 saves.Â
