BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Bemidji State University Women's Soccer team earned a 1-1 draw at Augustana University Sunday afternoon in Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference play. Junior
Katrina Barthelt scored in the second minute for the Beavers' lone strike in the match.
The Beavers are now 8-4-3 and 6-2-3 in conference play and end the weekend tied for fifth in league standings with 21 points.

The goal was her team leading eighth of the season for Barthelt and Hodny's second assist. Barthelt is now tied for the conference lead in goals.
The Beavers played with the one-goal lead for 57 minutes but in the 59
th minute, Augustana's Sierra Barkus scored her second goal of the season to tie the match.

Sonia Alfieri was dominant in between the posts for the Beavers tracking the ball well and earned a career-high nine saves. She is now fifth in the conference with a .951 save percentage.
Bemidji State now makes the trek north back to Bemidji and prepares to host its final home matches of the regular season this weekend at Chet Anderson Stadium. The Beavers host Minnesota State University, Mankato and Concordia University-St. Paul Friday and Saturday, respectively.
