BEMIDJI, Minn. – Bemidji State University Men's Basketball is set to host University of Minnesota Morris on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. in the BSU Gymnasium.
 
Bemidji State Notes

• The Beavers come into Tuesday at 2-1 after a 96-72 win over Valley City State University last Wednesday in Bemidji. 
• John Pecarich and Malang Athian led the Beavers to the win over the Vikings while scoring 46 of the Beavers' 96 points. Tate Olson and Peyton Newbern combined for another 25 and a handfull of Beavers found themselves marking single digit additions. 
• This season's leading rebound stats are under forward Tate Olson. Olson has averaged 11 rebounds per game and marked a high of 14 against VCSU. He also marked his second double double of the season during that game.
• The Beavers and Cougars met two years ago when BSU defeated UMM 99-83 in Bemidji. Of the current players on BSU's roster, only Olson, Brayden Williams and John Sutherland have seen time against the Cougars.
• BSU is on a seven-game win streak over UMM that began in 2002.
• Following this game, the Beavers head to Miami, Fla. to take on Barry University and Lynn University next Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively. 

 
Minnesota Morris Notes

• University of Minnesota Morris sits at 0-1 this season after a 69-62 loss to Concordia College last week. 
• The Cougars are led in scoring by Pal Dak with 29 points in one game. Pak is shooting at 47.6% from the field and 25% from the arc. He has also netted all seven free-throw attempts he's tried. 
• UMM's leading rebounder is James Hughes with seven against the Cobbers last week. 
• The team takes on Oak Hills Christian College Monday evening before coming to the BSU Gymnasium Tuesday. Following this series, the Cougars head to Minneapolis, Minn. to take on Augsburg University Friday Nov. 22.
