SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Southwest Minnesota State University swept the Bemidji State University Baseball team in their doubleheader Friday afternoon in Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference play.
The Mustangs defeated the Beavers 17-0 and then 15-1 to earn the sweep at Ronken Field on the campus of Augustana University.

Zach Evenson scored the lone run for the Beavers with a solo home run in game two, his second of the season to tie for the team lead.
Bemidji State drops to 1-23 and 0-14 in conference play and look to rebound tomorrow afternoon when the two teams play another doubleheader in Brandon, S.D., beginning at Noon.
