BEMIDJI, Minn. – Bemidji State University Athletics is proud to announce a new partnership with Northwestern Mutual/Frost Wealth Management as the Official Wealth Management Partner of Beaver Athletics.
 
"Our commitment to student-athletes extends far beyond competition," said Director of Athletics Britt Lauritsen. "Through this partnership with Northwestern Mutual/Frost Wealth Management, our student-athletes will gain practical financial knowledge and skills that can serve them throughout college and into their professional lives. We are proud to work together to help prepare our student-athletes for success in every aspect of their futures."
 
Through this partnership, Northwestern Mutual/Frost Wealth Management will provide valuable financial education and resources to Bemidji State student-athletes and coaches. Programming will focus on financial literacy, personal financial planning, wealth management practices and other tools designed to help student-athletes and coaches develop skills that can benefit them throughout their collegiate careers and well beyond graduation.
 
The partnership reflects a shared commitment to developing the whole student-athlete and preparing Beavers for success both on and off the field of competition.
 
Located on the shore of Lake Bemidji, Bemidji State University sponsors 15 varsity athletic programs with NCAA Division I men's hockey in the Central Collegiate Hockey Association and women's hockey in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association, while its 13 NCAA Division II programs hold membership in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC).
