BEMIDJI, Minn. – Bemidji State University Men's Hockey senior alternate captain
Vince Corcoran signed a standard player contract (SPC) to continue his hockey career and play professionally with the Worcester Railers, the ECHL affiliate of the New York Islanders of the NHL and the Bridgeport Islanders of the American Hockey League, announced Wednesday.

Corcoran served as an alternate captain for the Beavers during the 2025-26 season where he posted seven points off a goal and six assists from the blueline in 32 games. He finished his collegiate career appearing in 116 games amassing 30 career points (4-26--30) and 34 penalty minutes. He is a three-time Central Collegiate Hockey Association Scholar-Athlete and CCHA All-Academic Team selection and is graduating with a degree in Finance from Bemidji State.

The Railers currently sit 10
th in the Eastern Conference standings and will be on the road at the Wheeling Nailers this weekend.
