Skated in 35 out of 38 games for the Beavers, most out of all the freshmen on the team… Paced all defensemen with 18 points off three goals and 15 assists… Recorded his first career point on October 26 vs. Ferris State, and went on to score his first collegiate goal a week later on November 2 against Minnesota State… Earned two CCHA weekly awards during the season and was recognized as a member of the CCHA All-Rookie Team… Capped off the year by being awarded as the Bemidji State Male Newcomer of the Year.

Prior to BSU
Isa Parekh is in his fourth season of junior hockey in the Ontario Junior Hockey League and spent two and a half season with the North York Rangers before being traded to the Georgetown Raiders on Dec. 14… In 28 games with the North York Rangers in 2022-23, Parekh has totaled 29 points off five goals and 24 assists and in three games with the Raiders he has totaled one goal… Parekh is currently tied for sixth among defenseman in the OJHL with 30 points… The Raiders currently have a 19-8-2-2 record and are fourth in the North/West Conference of the OJHL with 42 league points.
