Tallied a total of 11 shutouts on the season with a record of 12-3-6... Recorded a career high 9 saves in a match against Augustana on Nov. 6.

Made her BSU debut Sept. 24 at Minnesota State and backstopped the Beavers to a 2-2 draw... Made five saves in 110:00.

High School
A three-time varsity soccer letter winner, Frantzen comes to Bemidji State from Rogers High School… She was a member of a Royals team that earned a Section 8AA runner-up finish to conclude the 2020 campaign… As a goalkeeper, she opened her senior season with a 1-0 shutout victory over defending Minnesota State High School Champions Maple Grove… Earned recognition as a part of the All-Northwest Suburban team to cap her prep career… During her time playing for Igor Stosic with the Minnesota Eclipse, she helped her club to a pair of Minnesota State Cup title games, which included a runner-up finish in 2017 and a championship in 2018.

Personal: Edie Frantzen is the daughter of Holly and Jeff Frantzen… Majoring in Political Science with a minor in Economics and International Relations… She is a regular on the RHS “A” Honor Roll and has been included in the Spotlight on Scholarship in 2017, 2018 and 2019.
