BEMIDJI, Minn. – For the first time since Oct. 2, 2016, the Bemidji State University women's soccer team tasted defeat in a regular season home game after Concordia University-St. Paul earned a 1-0 victory at Chet Anderson Stadium Sunday afternoon.
The Golden Bears' Katie Anderson scored in the 70
th minute to claim victory for CSP for her third goal of the season and lone goal of the game.
Bemidji State struggle to produce offensively and posted just two shots on goal and had just one corner kick in the game while the Golden Bears totaled three shots on goal and also had one corner kick.
The Beavers' last loss at home came back on Oct. 2, 2016 in a similar 1-0 loss to Concordia-St. Paul.

Bemidji State begins a four-match road trip next weekend and travels to Augustana University and Wayne State College, Sept. 23 and 25.
