BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Bemidji State University Baseball Team will host its first home series of the season and first since the last series of 2022 Tuesday, April 18. After cold temperatures and forecasted rain in Duluth, Minn., the Beavers and University of Minnesota Duluth will play their Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference doubleheader at the BSU Baseball Field in Bemidji, Minn.

Game one against the Bulldogs is scheduled for 2:30 p.m., followed by game two 30 minutes after the first game.

Minnesota Duluth makes the road trip west and enter Tuesday's doubleheader with a record of 12-20 (5-14 NSIC) and have lost its last seven games. The Bulldogs are hitting .270 as a team while holding a team ERA of 6.82.

Bemidji State is 2-33 (1-19 NSIC) on the season but is still playing its series finale at University of Minnesota Crookston this afternoon. The Beavers are batting .228 as a team while its pitching staff holds a team ERA of 12.48.

BSU is led at the plate by junior
Jack Munson who is batting .311 with an OPS of .900 and slugging percentage and on-base percentage of .546 and .354. He has collected 37 hits in 119 at bats including seven doubles, three triples, five home runs and driven in 24 runs to lead the team in each statistic.
