BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Bemidji State University Baseball team will finally open its 2025 season this week. The Beavers travel to Kenosha, Wis., to face University of Wisconsin-Parkside for a non-conference doubleheader Wednesday, Feb. 26.
 
The Beavers (0-0, 0-0 NSIC) and Rangers (4-0, 0-0 GLIAC) begin their doubleheader at Historic Simmons Field at Noon CST with game two to follow at 3:00 p.m. Each game will be streamed here($) with live stats available, here.
 
The Beavers were picked to finish 14^th in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Preseason Coaches' Poll with seniors Zach Evenson and Derek Hoffman selected as the Beavers' Preseason Players to Watch.
 
Parkside is coming off a season-opening series sweep over Kentucky Weleyan College Sunday-Monday and are 4-0 to start the season.
 
Following the doubleheader, Bemidji State will then travel south to Liberty, Mo., for a four-game series at William Jewell College Feb. 28-Mar. 2.
