BLUE SPRINGS, Mo. – Bemidji State University Men's Golf junior
Logan Schoepp maintained his lead atop the leaderboard at the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Men's Golf Championship following round two after shooting a one-under par 71 Friday afternoon.

Schoepp (68-71) now leads all 46 competitors at the championship with a combined five-under par 139 and is four-strokes in front of second place. He heads into the final round Saturday seeking to become the Beavers' 17
th individual champion at the tournament and first since 2021 (Chris Swenson).

The Beavers dropped to third in the standings as a team despite a four-stroke improvement but remain in contention for their 17
th NSIC Championship trailing co-leaders Concordia University-St. Paul and Winona State University by just one stroke. The Beavers shot 290 as a team in round two for a two-round total of 584.

Freshman Brogan Pashal led the Beavers in round two after shooting a two-under par 70 including an eagle on hole nine. He made an eight-stroke improvement from round one and jumped 10 spots in the standings to a tie for 13
th.

Schoepp followed with his second-consecutive under-par round carding 71 including three more birdies to bring his tournament total to nine, tied for the most by any golfer at the tournament.

Senior
Tate Usher followed with a one-over par 73 and is tied for 20
th with a two-round total of 150 (77-73). He is followed by fifth-year senior
Jack Southard at 152 (72-80) and senior
Koby Kuenzel is close behind at 153 (77-76).
