BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Central Collegiate Hockey Association announced its finalists for the 2025-26 CCHA Student-Athlete of the Year and Bemidji State University Men's Hockey senior forward Adam Flamman was among the three finalists voted upon by conference Faculty Athletics Representatives (FARs). The winner will be announced Tuesday, Feb. 17.

Flammang, a senior forward and nominee for the prestigious Hobey Baker Award, is actively engaged in the Bemidji community, volunteering his time with various nonprofit organizations such as United Way, Boys and Girls Club, and Bemidji Elementary Schools, serving as a positive role model for the Bemidji State hockey team and the institution. As a Finance major, he is also on track to complete his MBA while maintaining a 3.69 GPA. Twice earning CCHA All-Academic Team and Scholar-Athlete honors, Flammang is also a standout on the ice, serving as an assistant captain this season.

Second on the team in scoring with a career-high 28 points (8 goals, 20 assists) through 27 games, Flammang is a plus-2 with 80 shots on goal and 19 blocks defensively. He recorded a point in 15 of his first 18 games this season, including six multi-point performances. Highlights include being named CCHA Forward of the Week (Oct. 6) and recording a career-high four-point game at University of Alaska Anchorage (Oct. 3), where he also scored the game-winning goal. He is tied for third on the team with four power-play goals.
