BEMIDJI, Minn. – Bemidji State University Cross Country travels to St. Paul, Minn. Friday to compete in the Roy Griak Invitational, hosted by the University of Minnesota. The 6,000-meter race is set to be ran at the Les Bolstad Golf Course on Minnesota's campus.
Two weeks ago, the Beavers kicked of their season with the Augie Twilight in Sioux Falls, S.D. during which all seven runners set personal records. Leading the way,
Maggie McCarthy and
Nadia Vaughn came in at 19:02.4 and 19:22.9, respectively. Currently, all 11 runners on the Beavers' roster are signed up to run this week's 6K.

link or on the BSU Beavers Cross Country website next to the Roy Griak Invitational event. The Beavers race on Friday with a 12:15 p.m. start time from the driving range on the south side of the course, off Larpenteur Avenue.
Following this weekend, the Beavers will head to the home of the newest members of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference, Jamestown, N.D., home of the University of Jamestown Jimmie Invitational on October 3. Rounding out the season, the NSIC Championships are set for October 24 at the Wayne Country Club in Wayne, Neb.
