LAKE CITY, Minn. – Bemidji State University Women's Golf sophomore Lauren Kamman shot a career-low 164 to lead the Beavers at The Jewel Invitational held at the Jewel Golf Club in Lake City, Minn., Monday-Tuesday. Kammann opened the two-day tournament carding 85 but then fired a career-best 79 in round two as the Beavers finished 11
th in the tournament with a team score of 685 (340-345).

Kammann finished t-40
th individually and was followed by her sister
Haylee Kammann who carded 170 (85-85) and tied for 47
th. They were followed by sophomore
Sara Sroga who shot 175 (86-89) while junior
Abby Turkowski was one stroke back at 176 (84-92).
Bailey Tilley (106-95) and
Nakomis Mitchell (108-93) rounded out the Beavers' competitors at the event each carding 201 to tie for 69
th.

The Beavers next compete at the Everspring Inn and Suites Mustang Invite in Marshall, Minn., Sept. 27-28 to close out the fall golf season.
