Beavers travel to Mandan looking to clinch spot in NSIC Tournament

BSU Women’s Tennis closes regular season at Mary and Jamestown in Mandan, N.D.

BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Bemidji State University Women's Tennis team aims to clinch a spot in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Women's Tennis Tournament this weekend when it closes out regular season at the Mandan Tennis Center in Mandan, N.D.
 
The Beavers begin the weekend Saturday by facing University of Mary at 1 p.m. BSU will then close out the regular season Sunday at 12:30 p.m., against University of Jamestown.
 
Bemidji State currently sits fifth in the NSIC standings with the top six teams advancing to the NSIC Tournament at Huether Family Match Pointe in Sioux Falls, S.D., April 24-26. The Beavers can clinch a spot in the postseason tournament with a win over the Marauders Saturday. BSU hopes to earn a spot in the tournament for the first time since 2021.

The Beavers hold a 10-5 record overall and are 4-4 in conference play with two matches remaining.
