BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – The Bemidji State University Women's Tennis team officially qualified for the 2026 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Tournament after the conclusion of the league's regular season Saturday. The Beavers earned the sixth seed in the tournament making their return to postseason play for the first time since 2021. It's the highest seed for the Beavers since they were tabbed fourth in 2018.

Bemidji State will take on third-seeded University of Sioux Falls Friday, April 24 at the Huether Family Match Pointe facility in Sioux Falls, S.D. Match time is slated for 4:30 p.m., but is subject to change depending on earlier matches. No match will begin earlier than the announced time.

Quarterfinal matches will have fourth seeded Minnesota Crookston versus fifth seeded University of Mary on Friday at 1:30 p.m. followed by sixth seeded Bemidji State versus third seeded Sioux Falls at 4:30 p.m.Â
Augustana will await the winner of the (4) UMC/ (5) UMary quarterfinal match on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. Second seeded Minnesota State also received a bye and will take on the winner of the (3) USF / (6) BSU quarterfinal match on Saturday at 4:30 p.m.  The championship match is set for Sunday, April 26 at 10 a.m.
