BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Bemidji State University women's cross-country team races in their second 6,000-meter race Wednesday, Oct. 19 at the Bob Waxlax Invitational in Sauk Rapids, Minn., hosted by St. Cloud State University.

With a seventh-place finish and program record at the Jimmie Invite
Mary Goodwin looks to help the Beavers place high in their next meet. Goodwin's first 6K of the season she ran a time of 23:55.9 at the Roy Griak Invitational. Running in a close second for BSU is Alexis Erickson who finished 10
th in the race only nine seconds behind Goodwin.

The Beavers will be returning back to the Bob Waxlax Invitational after last years fifth-place finish. Last year five Beavers set personal records on the 6,000-meter course.
