Mary Goodwin ran a personal best time of 22:30.61 in the 6,000-meter Bob Waxlax Invitational race Wednesday, the second fasted 6K time at Bemidji State.

All nine runners for the Beavers ran personal best times in the 6,000-meter race including Goodwin (10
th) and senior
Lexi Erickson (15
th) who both placed in the top-20.

Goodwin was followed by Erickson who ran a time of 22:46.54 to finish 15
th while

The Beavers will now get ready to compete at the NSIC Cross Country Championships Nov. 5 in Wayne Neb. The Beavers will run the 6,000-meter race at the Wayne Country Club.
