BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Bemidji State University Women's Tennis team wraps-up its 2024 season this weekend and travels to St. Paul, Minn., to face University of Wisconsin-River Falls and University of Northwestern (MN) at the Johnson Tennis Complex Saturday (April 20) afternoon.

The Beavers play an outdoors doubleheader with the Falcons and Eagles beginning Saturday at 1 p.m., against UWRF. BSU will then take on host institution UNW at 3:30 p.m.

The William Zane Johnson Tennis Complex is a six-court, asphalt surface outdoors on the campus of Northwestern (MN).

Freshman
Kate Taylor leads the Beavers and has played all 11 matches at No. 1 singles. Freshman
Valesca Rodriguez has also played all 11 matches at No. 2 singles while sophomore
Emilia Sand has played nine matches at No. 3 singles. Freshman Ana Lucia Ibanez has played nine matches at No. 4 singles,
Laura Burger has played nine matches at No. 5 singles and senior
Isabela Nelson has played nine matches at No. 6 singles. Ana Lucia Ibanez leads the Beavers with a 3-8 record in single play while Sand follows and is 2-8.

Bemidji State's No. 1 doubles team consists of Taylor and Rodriguez who are 1-9. Ibanez and Sand are 2-8 at No. 2 doubles while senior
Sophie Groen and Nelson are 3-3 at No. 3 doubles.

The matches will be the final matches for senior
Isabela Nelson.
