Bemidji State University

Bennett was a three-sport athlete as he lettered in Baseball, from 1951-1955 and was named Baseball captain in 1955.  He also lettered in Basketball, from 1951-1955. And lettered in Football, in 1951. After his athletic career at BSU he then went on to Coach Basketball, Baseball, and Tennis, from 1957-1968. Basketball Conference Championships, 1963, 1965. Basketball District and Region Champions, 1963. Was awarded the Jaycee Outstanding Award.
